What Does it Take and What do I Need to Succeed at WMHS?
The following is a list of factors that can influence your success at WMHS. Rate each item from 1 to 5: 1 is weak, not something you do well; 2 means you can do it sometimes; 3 is in the middle, you can do pretty well when you try; 4 you're pretty good at it but could still even be a little better; 5 is well-developed, a pretty reliable strength for you. Activity 3: Comfort, Challenge, and Panic Zones
Fill in several answers for each zone. Comfort zone is where and when you feel comfortable with yourself and your environment. Challenge zone is when you feel a little bit uncomfortable with yourself and environment and are more aware of your surroundings. Panic zone is when you're extremely uncomfortable and are panicking about the situation. How can you move from the panic zone to the comfort zone?
